You can find vegan, vegetarian and free-range poultry as well organic meat items. There's something for everyone's taste and budget.

In a Hurry? Our 'Grab N Go' sandwiches and wraps are a quick pick-up for lunch, dinner or on the way to the beach. They are always fresh! Always delicious! And made from all Natural Ingredients. 

Don't know what to fix for dinner?  Stop by and pick up one of our delicious entrees, like eggplant parmesan, Mexican lasagna, or grilled salmon. Don't forget about the side dishes. There are plenty to choose from.

Having a party? Choose from a variety of fresh dips and salsas, summer coleslaw, macaroni salad, tuna salad, or chicken salad-made from free-range chicken breast meat. We also offer Party Platters such as chicken wings, meatballs, shrimp and cheese which are made to order. Specialty Platters are available upon request, but please allow a minimum 2 day notice for all orders.
